Clarifications regarding my mothers diet Pooja Kapur

Respected Guruji,

Long time back you had advised my father not to eat

non-veg whcih he has now abandoned.

 

Now i would like your adise for my Mother.

Could you please guide as to whether is itok for her

to

eat Fish as she getting weaker day by day.

 

Also as regards which colors my parents should avoid?
