Dear friends,

I was reading an article of Suman Pandit in a news paper (ref the

attachment),she states that as per LK rules if Saturn is in 11th house & if

the third house is vacant,Saturn will not be beneficiary until unless some

plant can be placed in third house, off course, the friend one.

Can you elaborate how & which planet is to be placed at 3rd house

to make Saturn beneficiary ?

In my son's chart:

1st House - Mars & Rahu

IInd - Sun,Venus & Merc

IIIrd - Vacant

IV - Vacant

V - Vacant

VI - Vacant

VII-Ketu

VIII-Vacant

IX -Vacant

X-Moon

XI- Jup & Saturn

Regards,

(Arun )

Dear Arun ji,

You should try to solve the problem only if you feel that there is a problem

and not because you read something in some article. If you will take

medicine of a disease which doesn't exists, most you will get is

side-effects. Similarly you should note that some of the Lal Kitab remedies

can backfire and can harm if done unnecessarily.

According to Lal Kitab if there is no planet in 3rd house, planet in 11th

house will be sleeping. By sleeping it means that it will not be able to

give its effect. Now a Lal Kitab astrologer should first judge whether

Saturn is actually malefic or benefice in the chart by analysing the chart

based on Lal Kitab principles. Lal Kitab astrologer should also need to see

whether there is any need to wake the planet up? If the planet is benefic

then only it makes sense to wake-up that planet. If the planet is malefic,

waking that planet up means it will brings malefic effect to life. Generally

a planet wakes up by itself at perticular time e.g. Venus will wake up if

somebody marries. So it may also not requrie to wake-up any planet by

following Lal Kitab procedure.

Also if we are waking up any planet, we should note that we are using some

friendly planet. In your example, Saturn is in 11th. Mercury, Venus and Rahu

are the planets that are friendly to Saturn. A Lal Kitab astrologer must see

which planet is most appropriate according to a chart and suggest procedure

accordingly.

Summing up, you need to do anything only if you are facing any problem. That

too, I would suggest you to consult a good Lal Kitab astrologer who can

figure out above stated effects and suggests something accordingly.

Statement quoted by you from the article seems misleading to me for the

general public as it has written without the detail of the full context.

Thanks & Regards,
