Influence of Pucca Ghar takes precedence over Rashi Lord

Respected varun Ji,

 

 

Sar in 5th:-- Bad impact on children since sar is in his enemy house(Sun).

Sun in 11:-- Dharmi Swabhav sun will occupy jur qualities since 11th is pucca

ghar of jur.

 

Hence we can conclude that pucca ghar influence will have precedence over rahi

lord influence.

 

My query is that 5 H is also the pucca ghar of Jur then why the sar w'nt have

the jur qualities.
