Should I look for other ways out or there r chances of promotion/salary hike.

Hi Experts,

 

I bought a plot in november thinking that there will be an enough salary hike in

march to pay the EMI for home loan. But the hike was not as per expectation

causing me short of money every month to pay EMIs.

 

Now there is an expected promotion in october, as I am doing per expectations in

my work. This can help me some increased salary. But there are some rumours(I

hope) around that there will be no october promotions this year in my company.

 

- Please suggest me If there are chances for my promotion in october?

- Are there some upaya, which can help me out in this.

- Should I look for selling the plot, so that I don;t have to pay loan EMIs and

can run my family with good livings. As next salary hike would be in april and

it is becoming difficult to run family for 7 more months with this salary.
