Can you please elaborate on " house of neutral strength " ? We aren't sure if such

terminology exists in Lal Kitab system. Similarly, what is a " neutral planet? " A

planet, whether it is in an enemy's house or its friend's house, is most

certainly affected by other factors like aspects. A general rule can't be given

unless an overall picture is looked at - the horoscope or the annual progressed

chart has to be looked in toto before making any decision. The same is true of

the Classical astrology.
