clarification regarding counting dates

namaste to all gurujis,

 

sir,

in lal kitab some results are based on annual chart and monthly charts.

 

some people say the the effect of next yearannul chart begins

immediately after completion of six months in the present year.

 

example: a man born on 25-6-1965

 

his 42 year annual chart period starts at 25-6-2006. is it ok

 

or we can treat as from 25-12-2005

 

i request to reply for this.
