Parivartana between 5th,7th House

Dear Astrologers,

Case is Lagna Lord Venus posted in 9th house Capricorn

and Lord of 9th house Sani Bhagwan in 5th house(Virgo).

Please let me know the effects of Parivartna between Lord of 5th

house(Mercury) and Lord of 7th house (Mars) for Taurus Lagna.

In reference to Lal Kitab, the concept of Lagna lord or lordships of other

houses (based on the sign or Rashi present in a house) are of no relevance

because the sign for the first house has been fixed as Aries. Therefore, the

query is irrelevant in reference to the LalKitab system. Also, it is not

advisable to give any interpretation based on a combination of just two planets;

other planets and various other factors e.g. aspects etc. come into play and

must not be ignored. This is true of all astrological systems including Lal

Kitab and Vedic.

So far as LK is concrned the Lagna Taurus is not considered for the purpose of

reading LK system, although it refers to Rashi phala and Graha phala. Hence

Lagna Lord Venus in 9th House cannot be put on hold, as Venus in 9th House is

not considered good, according to LK, although you did not mention the position

of Jupiter in the chart. Again so far as Parivartana Yoga is concerned,

although you did not come out clearly, yet the 7th & 12th Lord is in the

company of Saturn in the 5th house being lord of 9th and 10th and as such it

nullifies the yoga. Saturn is considered bad for the 5th, whereas Mars in 5th

and Mercury in 7th good. Saturn is considerd as 'bache khane wala sanp. Again,

if the Rahu /Ketu also casts its aspects on the 5th or 7th also need to be taken

into consideration, and a mere parivartana yoga cannot hold good. So how could

it work.
