Guest guest
All your problems are linked and are attributed to distrust and insecurity. Make sure you can carry your husband with you before you start the changes or you will lose him. You should seek independence from your in-laws, re-arrange the relationship so that they are welcome as guests but do not have the force over you that they have now. There is a clash of destinies between you and your in-laws. You are not properly compatible with your husband either but that can change. You then need to slow down and do nothing. Go to your jobs without ambitions. Keep your heads down for at least six months. Do a good job but do not look elsewhere for now. As far as children are concerned you should not worry about that.
