As per your request, here are my answers to your questions.

 

Your brother in law's chart works out to be Leo @ 17:03 degrees

based on following parameters, please double check them: [Jun 09,

1980; Karachi, 67E03, 24N52, 11:55 AM, Zone -5:00].

 

Your sister's chart works out to be Capricorn @ 26:10 degrees based

on following parameters, please double check them: [Oct 11, 1970;

Karachi, 67E03, 24N52, 3:00 PM, Zone -5:00]. I have tried both 3:00

PM as well as 3:10 PM and the results are more of less the same.

Timings may differ.

 

Your brother in law's chart is quite strong in general with very few

afflictions, which can be helped with help of remedies. There is

however, some weakness in the area of marital significations (as you

mentioned) due to weakness of Venus (Combustion as well as state of

infancy) and 7th lord Saturn (old age). This weakness of Saturn may

also cause delays and obstructions in his plans of going abroad. He

would do well to strengthen both Venus and Saturn.

 

Your sister's chart, however has many weaknesses as well as

afflictions. 7th lord Moon is weak as well as afflicted by both Rahu

and Ketu. Malefic 8th lord, Sun has afflicted 9th house mid point.

2nd lord Saturn indicating family and status is debilitated. Mars

and Venus are in extremely weak due to extreme infancy. All other

benefics are also weak due to one reason or the other. She must do

remedies for better significations.

 

In answer to your questions Re: your sister's future, I do not see a

lot of promise in her chart. There are many challenges which make

things difficult. As mentioned before, continuous performance of

remedies can help.

 

 

Remedies: (for your brother in law)

 

1) Wear 2 stones: Green emerald and a blue sapphire. in gold

of weight around 5 carats each in a good Muhurata.

2) Every day after bath etc. and before breakfast perform the

following remedies:

a. Put a fresh pot of water for birds.

b. Every Friday as well as Saturday: Feed crows/birds/animals a

sweet roti stuffed with sugar and fried in ghee/oil.

c. Every Friday as well as Saturday: Feed a roti dipped in milk

to a stray dog.

 

 

Remedies: (for your sister)

 

1) Wear a Yantra to strengthen: Saturn, Mars, Moon, Mercury and

Venus.

2) Wear 2 stones: White Pearl and a blue sapphire in silver.

Each should weight around 5 carats . Wear the Yantra as well as

rings in a good Muhurata.

3) Every morning wake up before Sunrise & after bath etc. and

before breakfast perform the following remedies:

a. Surya Namaskar Yogic exercise with mantra (11 to 21 times)

b. Put a fresh pot of water for birds.

c. Feed crows/birds/animals a sweet roti stuffed with sugar and

fried in ghee/oil.

d. Feed a roti dipped in milk to a stray dog.

e. Feed a dough ball (Atte ka Pera) with a piece of Jaggery

(Gur) to a cow.
