Help needed Anveshji and other esteemed gurus

Dear Esteemed Gurus,

 

My birth details are as follows:-

1) Name - Kunal Verma

2) Place - Surat

3) Date -18th March,1978

4) Time -20:10

 

I have one big issue in my life

I have taken one flat in partnership with my builder.

He was nice earlier on paying the emi's on time and promised to

close the loan soon

 

But now he is acting very differently not paying emi's on time

and everytime

we ask for closure of loan gives one excuse or other.

This thing is happening for last 3-4 mnths

 

I want to get out of it as soon as possible .

It has taken my peace of mind.

Please advise me what to do.

 

Daily I read few pages of SunderKand,Hanuman Chalesa,Ganesh

Chalesa,

few pages of Durga Stuti,Shani Chalesa.Besides this I do malla

for 'Om Namah

shivah','Om gang gang ganpataya namah'.

 

Besides this I offer biscuits to dogs and offer water to sun

everyday

 

Please advise me what to do.

I want to get out of this problem
