Requesting your Advice - TS Rajanganesh

Dear Sir,

I am TS Rajanganesh.

 

I was born on 14-03-1975 at 1.05 PM in West mambalam, Chennai.

 

I need your kind advice for the following.

 

a) I have been working for the past 9 years. This is the 5th organisation I am working in. Whichever organisation I am working in, i put in very hard work. But my work is never recognised or rewarded. Currently I am having a very tough time in my office. I have been working late nights and almost i am working on every weekends and holidays, still i am not having a good reputation. Please let me know what i have to do so that my work is recognised and rewarded. Also please let me know what i have to do so that i have a peaceful time in office.

 

In every office i have an understanding boss for a short period of time, after which i get a bosss who always tortures me. Please let me know a solution.

 

b) I have not yet been blessed with a child. I got married on may 04 2003.

 

c) I am having health problems like high diabtes, back pain etc.

 

I would be greatful to you if you can give me suggestions so that i can find solutions to my problems.
