My Date of birth is 6.9.76 time 3.45 PM .Place New Delhi , got married last year february.

Questions::

I am into software devp. Though my job is going good but at times I feel uneasy donno why ?

I want to buy my own house Is this the right time to do ?

My job , Is it gonna go okay like it is at the moment , I hope there is no problem coming up or something like that.

Dear Tammy Singh ji,

Our senior Guru Sh. Rajinder Bhatia ji seems to be extremely busy these days, so I am answering your queries.

The position of Rahu (11 th) in your natal chart, Ketu (4 th) and Moon (11 th) house in this year’s (30 th) Varshphal is responsible for your present situation i.e uneasiness etc.

You have asked about purchasing a new house, In this year’s Varshphal your Saturn is posited in the 12 th house, and it is considered to be auspicious as far as purchasing of property/house is concerned. You are likely to purchase a built house.

As far as your job is concerned, I don’t see any problem. Although a little bit of tension with your employer cannot be ruled out, but at the end of the day you will emerge victorious in spite of everything.

Please perform the following remedies (Although you have not asked for this):

 

1. Immerse 4-kg piece of Lead and 4 Dry coconuts in the clean running/flowing water of a river/stream/sea etc. If you are in Delhi, please don’t perform this remedy in Sri Yamuna ji. This remedy is to be repeated every year, within 1 week of

your birthday upto 42 nd year, but don’t forget to consult a competent astrologer before doing that.

2. Immerse 8-kg of Whole Mash (Black Urad) in the clean running/flowing water of a river/stream/sea etc. This remedy is also to be repeated every year, within 1 week of your birthday.

3. Always apply a Saffron Tilak on your forehead right between your eyebrows.

4. Immerse un-boiled milk in the clean running/flowing water of a river/stream/sea etc. at least one in a month upto 06/09/2006.

 

Preventions & Precautions:

(1). Always wear gold (Chain/ring/bracelet etc.) on your body.

(2). Refrain from wearing blue and black cloths.

(3). Do not keep a temple in your house, if there is any; never ring the Pooja Bell there.

(4). During this year (upto 06-09-2006) pay your dues within the stipulated time.
