Maybe because I stay in Bangalore I am trying my best to understand the same but not with much luck. My question: When will I start to build my own house My name: Balachandramouli Place of birth : Bangalore Date of Birth : 10.07.1961 Time of birth : 4.44 am Is my date of birth to be taken as 09.07.1961 since I was born before the sunrise on the 10.07.1961?????
