Dear Nishantji,

I am hard working and am into research but I do not get success although i work very hard and face a lot of problems and failures. As i said I am into research, apart from hard work and knowledge, "luck" is an important factor. As I see students who have less knowledge than me get better results than me with veryeasily. At most times its very very frustrating. Since I do not get results easily the professor also thinks that I am useless and usually the guru is finally unhappy wiyh me. And you know if the boss is unhappy, things go more wrong......

I would be thakful if you kindly, please tell me some upaya?
