Guest guest
Dear Bhatia ji, [ 1 ] Apart from other conditions , there are two prominent conditions when Mars becomes ashubh or bad. One : when the sun and the Saturn are together and the second : when mercury is with mars. [ 2 ] Amongst other conditions two are worth mentioning . One when Venus alone is in the 9th house ,it creates mangal – ashubh and when Rahu is in the 9th house it also creates mangal – ashubh. [ 3 ] There are `parihar' conditions also , the conditions in which in spite of the two combinations above , the `dosh' of mangal – ashubh will not be applicable. One of them is : if the mars gets the support of the sun there will be no mangal – ashubh . [ 4 ] If you read my earlier mail I had argued that in this case mangal and budh are within two degrees of each other , thus making mangal – ashubh ; I had also talked about the possibility of the sun saving the mangal from this `dosh' . But as the sun is 12 degrees away from the combination therefore the parihar rule may not be effective , I had said . On the basis of this I had felt that we have to treat this as a case of mangal – ashubh combination. Another factor which led me to believe that the mangal – ashubh is there was the proximity of Rahu within 6 degrees of the combination. [ 5 ] Now coming to your point of " apana apana phal hoga " : I quote two excerpts. " Dono grah 45 sal tak mushtaraka gine jayenge " Urdu ed page # 872 ; Arun Sanhita p# 307 " jab mangal bad ho to budh apani nisf umra { 17 sal tak } apana asar juda zahir na kar sakega " Urdu ed page # 872 : Arun Sanhita Page # 307 Since I believe that the mangal here is ashubh therefore I assume that budh will not show its independent effect till the age of 17. [ 6 ] This explains why I had not suggested any upaya for the budh , Yes it might be necessary after 17 years when the budh gets to `speak'. Therefore we have to first contain it and then remove it from the 9th house , or you might call it that we have to distance it. You've said that " In the 9th house , Mars within two degrees of mercury becomes ashubh , or mangal-bad ... " > Is that really stated in the LalKitab? Please guide me about the edition and chapter. First I thought that this must be a rule from classical astrology but since you don't mix the two systems (especially judging the maleficity from one system and suggesting the uopaya from the othyer system) I have been thoroughly confused. > Besides, I read in LalKitab is that Mars+Mercury in the ninth house yield their own individual results (apnaa apnaa phal hoga) which as I understand, means that they will not act in tandom, as a group ot tag- team, but separately which would imply that in this house, both the planets will be: > (i) independent of each other. Therefore, their benefic nature or maleficity will be decided separately - they won't affect each other. > (ii) Upaya will be done for the malefic planet only. If they both prove to be malefics, then both will need their individual upayas. > Generally, Mars in the ninth is considered a benefic unless some other specific conditions exist. Mercury on the other hand, is a general malefic in the ninth unless some other conditions exist. Would you please care to comment on how you thought that distancing Mars from the ninth has a bigger merit than leaving potentially very harmful Mercury (in the ninth) untreated? > Please clarify. > > Respectfully, > Rajinder Bhatia > ===================================================== > bhooshan priya <bhooshanpriya> wrote: > Dear anjali, > Yes, I seem to have missed this message. With moon in the 1st , you will be his greatest protector always. He will be successful in what ever he does with your `aasheervad'. So long as you are there , NOTHING can happen to him. > > > > [ 2 ]For the `arishta' combination he has in the 9th house I am suggesting the following upaya: > > First let us understand how the logic for devising upaya in the Lal Kitab is built up. Therefore we have to first contain it and then remove it from the 9th house , or you might call it that we have to distance it. The only thing that can contain an ashubh mangal is Lord Hanuman and the Sun. Therefore the the first Upaya To be done is : > > { a } Prepare 9 sweet thick rotis ( known as hanuman > > roti )in a tandoor , and not on a loha tawa, and > > feed them to the monkeys. > > Why 9 rotis ? Because the arishtha arises in the 9th house. Why feed the rotis to the monkeys ? Because monkeys represent both the `sewaks ` of lord Hanuman and also the Sun.Why not on an iron `tawa'? Because of two reasons : firstly the iron `tawa' is shani who considers mangal as its enemy and that's why Hanuman ji ki roti is never baked on the iron `tawa'; secondly because it is to be fed to the monkeys { sun } Shani and the Sun are mutual enemies. > > { b } After the mangal-ashubh has been contained the next step will be to distance it. Therefore the second upaya will be : > > Throw into running water 900gms of Rewari { a sweet > > made of gur and til}on any day during the day light > > hours. > > { c } Now the next upaya will have to be done for Rahu. Mangal is considered as a mahawat of the elephant { rahu }. Once the mahawat becomes ashubh the elephant goes berserk , it is further aggravated by the heat of the Sun , thus a possibility of Rahu going belligerent. Therefore the first thing that we have to do is the calm the Rahu. The only thing that calms Rahu is the Moon. Water is such a relief to any elephant. The upaya will be : Take 900gms of Jau { barley } and wash it with milk { moon} , After the rahu has been calmed , the next step will be to distance it. Therefore the third upaya will be : > > Take 900gms of Jau , wash it with milk and throw the > > Jau , which have already been washed in milk , into > > a river. > > Therefore in all you have to do these three upaya. > > [ 3 ] There is no such planetary combination in your kundali which could have brought harm to your mother. There is no such combination in your child's kundali either. Such a possibility arises only if the Moon and Ketu are in a `takrav' positions > Therefore just relax. You are very lucky for your child , and so is he for you. > > > Sincerely, > > Priya > > > > > >
