[ 1 ] In the meanwhile you should keep a little saunf in a dull red cloth pouch under your pillow when sleeping. [ 2 ] Keep a little water at your bed side , towards the head, while sleeping. In the morning throw this water in a flower pot. After your birthday do the following upaya : [ 1 ] Take two shining steel chhalla { ring }, without joints ; Throw one into flowing water and wear the other on your left hand the same day. [ 2 ] Throw into flowing water an earthen pot with an earthen lid. [ 3 ] Keep a little rain water in a container at home.
