The signs & planets were divided in to two groups ....Guru Varga (Su, Mo, Ma, Jup & ke) & Shani varga (Shukra, Shani, Me, Ra). The hypothesis was : For Guru-varga ascendant, the Kona & Kendra location should be resided by Guru-varga planets & other locations by Shani varga planets to give very good result. Similarly, for Shani-varga ascendants, the Kona & Kona positions should be resided by Shani varga planets only and other houses should be resided by Guru varga planets. The article also gave ascendant-wise good locations for Sun. If I find the article, I will paste it here. In Ramayana its written clearly that those who worship Shiva but do not like Ram, will not be accepted by Shiva, and those who like Rama but do not worship Shiva, will not be accepted by Rama. Then who are we ordinary mortals to create differences between these Great Ones. Even Lord Shiva also does not entertain all this as seen in the aarti devoted to him - Brahma Vishnu Sadashiv Janat Aviveka, Pranvakshar Ke Madhye Yeh Teenon Eka. Trigun Shiv Ki Aarti Jo Koi Nar Gave, Kahat Shivanand Swami Man Vanchhit Phal Pave. Guest guest Posted December 20, 2009 Report Share Posted December 20, 2009 Dear Members, You know this reminds me of something as I remember both Lord Shri Rama and Ravan use to worship Lord Shiva(God), both were powerful and mighty in there own way but the biggest difference was Ravan was a great enemy to Rama and wanted to prove his superiority and we all know what resulted out of that. In the end Ravan did get defeated by Shri Ram and as always " the good won over evil " .
