To make this effective, I will become strict in banning members who show disrespect or abuse to any other member on this group, at my discretion. We have zero tolerance to spam as well. If I see any message from members about selling anything or visiting a non-astrology site, you will be banned. Moderators having 'Veto' power of course! ;-) I think almost everyone (not based on any survey, let me add!) might be feeling a bit relieved with all those debilitated planets out of their debility and only poor mars remaining in the dungeon (neecha prison) for the next 5-6 months! For some Jupiter may still be in the cooler, but for others he has now entered Amitabh Bachchan and Late Prof, Raman's ascending sign! So, anyway, some amount of expression of relief should not make one upset, moderator or member! However, vulgarity MUST not be tolerated in a dignified and serious forum like this one! I realize that you had been very kind in welcoming me into this forum and allowing me to share unmoderated and it did cause expressed concern in one member. Mars remaining neecha for so long and doing a back and forth too during the period can be expected to create concerns and difficulties and mental anguish if not physical problems for individuals who are sensitive to the vibes of mars. These would be individuals who have mars as a malefic in their chart, or unrestrained, or weak or unbalanced. I am afraid that during this transit of mars over the next few months, we will perhaps see more fires in a 'literal' and metaphorical/figurative sense, world-wide. The need of the hour, if I may be so bold to submit before such an august readership is for those who have weak mars in natis to become extra-sensitive about its impulsive, short-fused, explosive, do-now-repent-later mentality and to not lash out at the slightest provocation. I am happy to note the presence of excellent and knowledgeable individuals like RR ji becoming active in this group. Almost 75 mails a day! Really if backed-up with quality content that is really some thing to be proud of for all of us about our group. But I also sad to note that the some discussions are diverting in unintended directions with non-astro content and mutual frictions. May be all that is natural when the interaction and spontaneity increases, but still I would like to remind all that it is our group and it we who should allow free flow of knowledge and make the group more informative and interactive with quality content. May be at times our reputed members can hold back and review their own mails when they feel that the mail does not contain astrological content or when they feel that it will generate unwanted frictions - I trust that we all are matured and knowledgeable enough to do that. That will make all the members and moderators life easy and will ensure more informative mails. May be semi-moderation and review of our own mails by ourselves will result in better productivity for the group than we ourselves allowing our own free expressions (which may not be in tune with other group members likes and may even hurt others). Certainly modesty and ethics is artificial but it does have a value and it does have an important role to play in a society or group. Our own semi-reviewed mails (by ourselves) has a better informative value (that makes our mail astro-contentfull and informative) than our own non-reviewed spontaneous reactions in such groups I believe - What do you think? Let us be our own moderators!
