I hit upon this while looking for astrological advice regarding my housing property. My wife (DoB 04-Apr-68; 8.45am, Sawantwadi, Dist Sindhudurg, Maharashtra) and I (DoB 24-Oct-67; 4.47am, Bandra, Mumbai) are happily married for 12+ years now, and have a daughter and a son. We entered into a Purchase Agreement in Dec 2003 to purchase a flat in Thane. We received possession in Jun 2005, after a delay of about one year. However, the project for site is not yet complete; and no signs of the immediate completion as yet, which we give us certain other amenities. Further, despite our flat being one unit, the society has threatened to treat it as two units - as we created two purchase agreements by creating two parts of the flat for arranging the housing loan. Both agreements bear my wife's name first, and my name second. Except for this minor issue, everything else is fine in our lives.

Queries: (i) Should we look at investment in a new flat at a different place in the same city now? (ii) Should we sell our current flat? If yes, When? (iii) When will the current project site be completed by the builder?

I am not sure if I should ask a question of this nature in this forum. Apologies. However, I am asking it only because the students learning KP method may be able to study prospects of " vaastu " based on my inputs (birth time & places) and from the students' / experts responses I may get a different way of looking at the scenario.
