The basic remains the same, it is a HOME, where you get rest and peace. This is governed by the 4th House. 4th also governs, vehicles, education etc. If it is landed property, Mars has to be considered, if it ia vehicle, Venus has to be considered. When you buy, you have to pay. So 12th house is considered. If you sell, you lose the residence,so take 3rd also, and gain Money, consider 2nd. When you reny, the Tenant-to be is represented by 7th. He gains a home,so 4th from 7th to be considered. 3rd comes in the picture because some legal documentation is involved. If you view theproblem from the basics, you will get the answer.
