Dear Raghunathji, For similar questions on getting PR (Permanent Residence in an Overseas country) status, I have been looking at 3rd house (communication/ good news), 7th house (new place of residency), 10th house (career in a new country) and 11th house (house of success). Role of Sun is very important in this and must be very strong in a chart signifying these houses as this decision is taken by the government. Hope this helps.
