Om Krishna Guru Namaste Gurus and Learned Members, A male native asked me a question “When our current house will be sold". So, I have casted a Prashna with the Horary number 129 supplied by the native to find the answer to his question using the KP principles. 1) The Prashna (Horary ) Chart details are:- Horary Number = 129 September 24, 2006 Time: 15:03:38 Time Zone: 5:00:00 (West of GMT) Place: 93 W 20' 59", 44 N 53' 23" USA 2) Moon is signifying 2nd,7th , 10th and

12th houses. Property is indicated by the 4th house. The 12th house from 4th is 3rd house. One who purchases the property is shown by the 7th house. The houses 10 and 5 are respectively 4th (property) and llth (fulfillment of his desire) counted from 7th house. Therefore selling away property is shown by the houses 3rd, 5th and 10th counted from lagna of the native who is asking this question. You want to sell

away your property. Anyone with whom you deal is shown by the 7th house. Whether he will be able to purchase your property or not is to be seen from the 4th cusp counted from 7th, i.e. 10th cusp counted from lagna. So the next KP principles are to be seen are: a) Judge whether the sublord of the 10th cusp is either retrograde or deposited in the constellation whose lord is

retrograde. In this case this no planet is retrograde. b) Moon is significator of 2, 7, 10 AND 12 houses hence I am going forward. 3) Now let us see the significators of 3rd, 5th and 10th are: 3rd = Rahu and Jup 5th = Rahu and Sat 10th = Sat, Mar and Moon RAHU will ACT as AGENT for Jup KETU will ACT

as AGENT for Mer, Sun also VEN. So the combined Significators are : Rahu, Jup, Sat, Mar and Moon. 4) Now let us see the Ruling Planets: Ketu, Jup, Mar, Ven and Sun 5) So we have Rahu, Ketu, Jup and Mar are the common Significating planets. 6) Currently running Dasa is Mar Dasa and Ven Bhukti. Ketu will act like a agent to Ven, so Venus Bhukti will give the sale. MARS Dasa 14 07 2001 TO 14 07 2008

VEN Bhk. 08 06 2006 TO 08 08 2007 7) Now let us find out the Antar Dasa. The current running Antar is Moon and it is not connected hence I am rejecting this. Next Antar is Mar, which is in our list, hence I chose the Mar Antar Dasa. MARS Ant. 14 10 2006 TO 09 11 2006 8) Now, to time the Sookshma Dasa, I am choosing Mer as that is the only planet not used from our short listed planets form the common significators. Transits, whether they agree or not. During this period Sun is transiting in Chitra Nakshatra ruled by Mar. So that is one of our significator planets. That is confirming the event. 11) Now let us see the Moon's Transit. a) On Oct 15th 2006, the Moon is transiting in Pushyami Nakshatra ruled by Sat So this is NOT a candidate. b) On Oct 16th 2006, the Moon is transiting in Ashlesha Nakshatra ruled by Merc So this is NOT a candidate. c) On Oct 17th 2006, the Moon is transiting in Magha Nakshatra ruled by Ketu. Also the day is Tuesday ruled by Mar. So this is a candidate to give the event. d) On Oct 18th 2006, the Moon is transiting in P.Phalguni

Nakshatra ruled by Ven. So this is a candidate but the day is Wednesday ruled by Mer. Questionable? e) On Oct 19th 2006, the Moon is transiting in P.Phalguni Nakshatra ruled by Moon, so this is NOT a candidate. 11) So we have two days are possible, and they are Oct 17th and Oct 18th. As the day lord is not connected on Oct 18th with Ven, so I am rejecting this date. On Oct 17th is Tuesday ruled by Mars but not Ketu. Summary : Based on the above, the sale of the house should take place on Oct 17th. I have not learnt completely in pin-pointing the timing yet. So may I request learned member(s) to please continue and show me the process to arrive at the exact time for this event, if you have some free time. Having said that, may I request Gurus and Learned members to go over my analysis and correct
