Problem between the directors of company

I wish to present a case where there are problems between the

directors of an established company where I am employed . The

fallout could lead to dissolution of the company. Can any of the

learned tell me whether the situation will improve and change for

the better , if so when? Whether will it effect my career?. Should I

look for a job ?

Location of Company- Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.

Employed in this company since Jan 2nd 2006

Currently residing outside India since 1999.
