The houses 10 and 5 are respectively 4th (property) and llth (fulfillment of his desire) counted from 7th house. Therefore selling away property is shown by the houses 3rd, 5th and 10th counted from lagna of

the native who is asking this question. You want to sell away your property. Anyone with whom you deal is shown by the 7th house. Whether he will be able to purchase your property or not is to be seen from the 4th cusp counted from 7th, i.e. 10th cusp counted from lagna. So the next KP principles are to be seen are: a) Judge whether the sublord of the 10th cusp is either retrograde or deposited in the constellation whose lord is retrograde. Ketu Dasa is in our common planets hence during this Dasa the property will be sold. Sun is not capable to give the sale because it is not in our list of Significator planets list. Same as with Moon Bhukti too. So the next Bhukti is Mar,

which is capable to give the sale. So let us consider that. That is confirming the event. 12) Now let us see the Moon's Transit. a) On Aug 11th 2007, the Moon is transiting in Pushyami Nakshatra ruled by Sat So this is a candidate to trigger the event. b) On Aug 12th 2007, the Moon is transiting in Ashlesha Nakshatra ruled by Merc So this is also another candidate to trigger the event. c) On Aug 13th 2007, the Moon is transiting in Magha Nakshatra ruled by Ket So this is NOT a candidate. d) On Aug 14th 2007, the Moon is transitting in P.Phalguni Nakshatra ruled by Ven, so this is NOT a candidate. 13) So we have two days are possible, and they are Aug 11th and Aug 12th. But as Sat is involved in the above Punarpoo hence I am thinking Aug 11th 2007 would be date the sale will take place when Moon is transiting in Pushyami Nakshatra ruled by Sat. 12) If the above is correct, I will

attempt next time, to time on what Lagna the event will take place. I have not fully learned that, so I will do that later. Summary is : The sale should take place on Aug 11th 2007. Having said that, may I request Gurus and Learned members to go thru my analysis and correct me wherever I am wrong by giving the correct analysis, so that I can learn from your reply.
