Dear Friends,

Based on the complaints I received for Mukesh Gupta ji's mail, I am banning his id from this group. He can no longer participate in this groups activity.

I don't remember I have banned anybody in the past in this forum and hence it was really tough decision for me.

Hope it will restore the learning environment in this forum and also bring Kanak ji back.

Thanks & Regards,

Dear Punitji,

I am very happy that you finally exercised your privelege as the

owner/moderator of the group.Congrats!!

As I had mentioned to you in my mail, certain times surgical

procedures are necessary to stop the disease from spreading.

I trust this becomes a pathbreaker/reminder for all the members

to behave like mature adults in inter-personal dealings.

Now I hope Kanakhbhai, will be gracious to rejoin the group and

continue his research activities for common benefit.

Best Wishes.

Dear Punit ji,

I think it's easy if " hitting below the belt, out from the group " is

clearly added to the group policy, ie. personal attack without

sticking to the issue discussed like character assassination or out

of class expression is intolerable. Even own blood should be taken

out if it becomes so bad.

Thanks and regards,

DEAR MODERARATOR,

I REQUEST YOU TO reconsider your decision to ban a

member from group. All we should behave like a family

member where not all the five fingers are equal. There

may be difference in opinion- and it helps to arrive

at a conclusion which becomes the seed for a new

invention/discovery.

If, Gupta ji learnt something new from any source why

we should not take its advantage if open minded. When

Guru KSK discovered the method of sub theory, he have

faced many problems and criticism from the

traditionalists. They harmed enogh to this divine

science. B. V. Raman faced criticism for similar type

of case. What we learnt from that- it yield nothing.

So, I request if somebody have a belief in other

aspect of the theory, we shouldn't throw him out but

listen what actually he want to say.

If KSK would have with us, he had definetely modified

his theories by his researches. Sub theory shouldn't

be constant/stagnant but it should continue/flow to

find new horizon where actually this was once a time

in vedic era.

Allow Gupta ji to continue sharing his views on the

subject, if don't mind anything else... this is my

humble request sir.

Thanks & Regards

D K Bhaskar

Dear Punitji, Thanks for ur bold decision. We are here to help each other and also develop our knowledge about KP through healthy discussion. Pl take bold decision against those who wants to fight, misbehaves and disrespect with the group members in the future also. Thanks a lot. Dear All,

Discuss what is wrong and not who is wrong is a good ideal to follow

and would help personality based conflicts. Negative allusions to

personalities should be avoided, in any case.

Dharmdendra ji,

Mukesh Gupta ji's id has not been banned because the forum is not open for the new ideas, but because of the general consensus in this forum that whatever he had written was not correct. I believe that language used to convey the idea is also very much important and can not be ignored.

As a moderator, my job is to listen to the members and act according to that in such situations.

Thanks & Regards,

Dear Bhaskar This group has no problems re new ideas on LP, as long as one does not impute personal motives to the person, opposing it, or favouring it. The discussion should be on yhe ideas, not persons. When some one starts this it leads to animosity bewteen the members, and then the whole spirit of dicussion is lost. The language used has to be moderate, and respectful I,personally, beleive the moderator has done the correct thing Dharmendra Bhaskar <kdbhaskar7 wrote: DEAR MODERARATOR,I REQUEST YOU TO reconsider your decision to ban amember from group. Dear Friends,

It is important that every individual carefully weighs group

interest over personal stance. It is part of group dynamics and one

should be sensitive and respectful to it. It could sometimes mean

giving up your line after you have made your point and close the

chapter in the interest of the group environment. This group has

faced quite a few crisis which have ended up taking too much time

and energy of members to sort it out. So the basic question should

always be " Am I causing too much distress to the group " as the

guideline where to set limit to oneself. These are my general views.

Frankly I have saved my self from getting into the details of the

controvery to get into a judgemental cap, but my point is if there

is a group view emerging, then that is something to take note of.

My 2 cents

Seshadri
