Dear Sir,Using Karekar's Astrokundali s/ware I too came ups with teh same time of birth; 10.37 PM. Not only the Lagna sublord and Moon starlord are same ( Moon ) the Lagna Sub-sub and Moon Sub are also same ( rahu). This looks to me as a 100% corrected time.

Dear Padma ji, Rules : Lagna sublord and Moon starlord are same is TOTALY FLASY RULES. 1)Starlord of MOON is same for all days. In our case MOON star lord is MOON. now we have eight planet.SUN,MAR,MER,JUP,VEN,SAT,RAH,KET. SUN: SUN is in SUB of MOON so SUN=MOON. MAR:MAR aspect on MOON by 8th aspect so MAR=MOON. MER: JUP:JUP is in the rasi of MOON. VEN: SAT is in Sub-sub of MOON. RAH:RAH conj with MAR and MAR apsect on MOOn. KET:KET conj with MAR and MAR apsect on MOOn. Now we have 6 planet who have conection with MOON. then why we take only moon , why not sun and any other? Please check my past mail i amy prove two thre time that this rules is totaly falcy and not relibe. It is on you to

Dear List The rule of ASC sub be same as Moon Star is a good method to arrive at a tentaive correction. This cprrection has to be checked by past events, and also Ruling Planets Method. This works okay, if the correction is small, say less than 10 minutes.
