In this case DB is MOO-SAT up to 28-1-2008 this is the period for marriage.it is very deficult to pinpoint more near time when Punarphoo is in chart.late marriage is only due to punarphoo in this case. not only that but which house MOO and SAT signifies, all that house related event also late. She had problem in getting a job(6th house) could not purchase a vehicle though went to purchase one with money in hand(4th house) etc.the reason may be that mercury is in sub of 4th 6th 7th and1st .so punarphoo is operating in all such houses where mercury is a sub..in my calculations ketu was in the sub of 7th cusp and was significator of 6th and 12th thereby negating marriage.the sub of mercury gives hope. is it true that poonerphoo is cancelled when sun is in moon star or when there is difference of 30 degrees between moon and sun. if it is true then when the sun will be in rohini the marriage will take place.
