In my soft ware, and in 4 step theory, we have stipulated that if a planet is within 3.33 deg of a cusp, it will give the results of that cusp(house), in addittion to the results of the house in which it is.Based on the Vedic astrology findingd, it is propesed to increase this to 5 deg.Your views are requested.
