I have scanned the book and it is not related to KP method at all and has the basic characteristics of Nakshatras written in Telugu language. If any one is interested to get this e-book, please go to the following link. http://www.archive.org/download/NakshntraChintamani/NakshntraChintama ni.djvu You need the djvu plugin to view the book.You can get that from internet too.try http://www.lizardtech.com. I could not spend too much time on this site as I do not have that much time in my hand right now. But there are some other books in the above site too. So if you can spare some time, then search in that site, so you may find some treasures. If you find any good Jyotish related books either in English or Telugu, please write to either in this list or privately.
