Great Work - Assistance in Translating Ghadi Pal into IST

Greetings Mehta ji. Based on your time conversion into IST from Ghadi Pal, I prepared the horoscope and dasha chart for the person in question and had meeting just now. I was amazed and you will be happy to learn that all the important events of the life of this person, his marriage, born of a son, his first job and subsequent jobs, his settlement overseas, match crystal clear. We all are so grateful to you for your time and efforts and to come out to calculate such an accurate time. This person unfortunately did not have correct IST for his DOB, and as suchI could not chart his horoscope from my software, because I do not have this art. If possible, please teach this art for the benefit of all KP astrologers who may encounter such difficulties in future.
