Hi, I saw your question re: sale of house. Would be so kind to help me

answer this question for my husband and myself using your methods, and

please tell me where I can find these methods so I may learn them. Are

house, I could see that there would have been a firm offer on house

by Mar 5, 2006, when the Merc MD ends. There could be one more offer

Aug 4, 2006. (Strong influence on the Sale by Me, signifying at a

loss).

 

10, 5, 3 rule - Ra/Su, Mo/Sa, Me/Me indicates that the sale should

happen before Feb 6, 2008.

 

3, 12, 10 rule of change/transfer indicated around Me/Me, Ve/Ma,

Ra/Su, which is Nov 14, 2014.

 

Husband 42.55N, 70.8921W (I feel the that the Husbands chart, would

decide the Sale!)

 

From the husbands chart constructed on the times given, with Ju/Sa

influence the property has been acquired, before 2000 (confirms to

the wifes chart) indicates, the Sa/Mo combination of acquiring

property.

 

Ju/Mo, in the 8th signifies sale at a loss as 11th s/l is Me (burn

out) between Dec 13, 2006 to April 29, 2007. So the expected price

does not materialize. The minds desire to sell has happened on or

around Dec 3, 2005. There could be number of offers, but the Mo

influence, creating a judgement of " no sale " .

 

I also see that the person, would not change the place of residence

before Nov 14, 2014. Which means, no sale or that a relative could

buy the house, and the seller might be a tenant or end up being in

same town.

 

10, 5, 3 rule - Su/Ra, Ke/Ke, Ma/Me indicates that the technical

vacation of house may not happen till Nov 14, 2014 (end of Sun MD).

 

3, 12, 10 rule of change/transfer indicated around Nov 14, 2014

When I constructed the Hororary Chart, with a no 13, that came to my

mind reading the question, Asc sub, 11th Cuspl s/l is Ju, and is

present in 1, 3 and 11. This signifies, that the sale is to happen

soon (66% chance), in the current Ju MD, in the Mo period, before

Aug 7th, 2006, at a loss (lower than expected price, as Ju is 3rd

house Star and S/L).
