And 11 th also is given importance. Citation are there where traditional system does not predits higher education ie post graduation,phd etc . Given below are the detail of a native : DOB 31 8 87 TOB 22:21 PLACE Bikaner As per traditional system 9th lord is in 6th in scorpio and lord of 6th is in 4th in virgo hence chances are considered bleak .
