Pray well and put another time chart for current time. do same analisys it wil

work. and u can also fix the date of the event.

retun chart for this oath chart and roted chart as 10 as asc. we found JUP is

SL. in the star of RAHU and sub of SUN.JUP is in 9, l/o 11(Badhaka)

RAHU is in 2 maraka,conj with moon in 2 l/o 6,7. SUN is in 3 l/o 8.

If we check 11th ( Sansad) as asc. SL is VEN. VEN is in the star of MER and

sub of SAT. VEN is in 1 l/o 3,8.

MER is in 3 l/o 4. SAT is in 5 l/o 1,11,12.

in this case we too found 1,5.12.

Pray well and put another time chart for current time. do same analisys it wil

work. and u can also fix the date of the event.

Dear Kanak,

1. This chart was previously studied in Msg#5804 referring AY

Divekar's article: " Political Astrology Introduction of the

Discovery of Political Dasa/Bhuktis " , KP & Astrology Year Book,

1995, pp 73-81 (thanks to Hasmukhrai Mehta

<astroclinic4u, http://www.astroclinica.com)

2. The issue of taking CSL of Asc or 10th house of swearing-in chart

to judge the longevity of the government was raised in Msg#5825. At

that time Asc was preferred for longevity of government. (Msg#5827 &

5828)

3. On that line of thought, Modi's swearing-in chart was studied in

Msg#5881. Then referring the above mentioned KP & Astrology Year

Book 1995, pp 73-81, a revised analysis of Modi's swearing-in chart

was posted in Msg#8410.

4. Taking 10th house for government (opposite 6th house for

opposition party) and 11th house for parliament or cabinet is common

in Mudane definition of houses. The controversy is only in swearing-

in chart to take 10th or 1st house for longevity of government, eg

Sanjay Rath, KN Rao, VP Goel, Anand Soni, Raman Suprajarama, Robert

Hand for 1st house and AY Divekar (KP & Astrology Year Book, 1995)

for 10th house. Taking 11th house for judging longevity of

government has not yet been come across. Since Solar Return chart,

New Moon chart and Solar Ingress chart are annual charts, they may

be useful for judging longevity of government for each particular

year only but not for overall 4 or 5-yr term.

5. The idea of 1,5,9 signification by 10 thCSL indicates a change in

PM comes perhaps from your experience regarding transfer.

(Msg#2648) In my personal opinion, such a change may be expected

when a conjoined DBA signifies 1,5,9, eg. Mo/Me/Ve DBA in 5-yr

Vimshottari dasa. And the 1,5,9 signification by 10thCSL (for

AscCSL) & 5thCSL (for 8thCSL) may be helping to prolong Singh's PM

referring your posting in the file section " Longevity Related ---

Madhymayau: Asc. signifying 1,5,10,9,6,8,12 + Badhka & Marka --Up to

66 Year; Purnayu: Asc. signifying 1,5,9,10 -- Up to 100 Year. " As

per 10th house for Asc in India independence chart, Singh with

difficulties may survive current Mercury bhukti of Venus dasa up to

27-07-2008 signifying 7,6,1,2,5,9 (Badhaka) houses after surviving

Saturn bhukti with signification of 6,7,5,9,1,2 houses. No

prediction of his full term survival has been found.

6. Let us have a galance at some charts from Msg#5873. Nixon was

forced to resign after 1yr:6m without deadly or a-5-9 signification

by any of 10thCSL and 1stCSL. Kennedy was short dead after 2yr:10m

during deadly 4-yr Vimshottari dasa together with Badhaka

signification by 10thCSL. V.P. Singh was forced to resign after 7

months during Maraka, Badhaka 5-yr Vimshottari dasa together with

Maraka, Badhaka signification by both 1st & 10th CSLs. Vajpayee

survived full term of 3rd PM despite deadly signification by both

1st & 10th CSLs during unfavorable 5-yr Vimshttari dasa period. Let

us wait and see Bush (with 10thCSL signifying 11

<Badhaka>,9,4,11,12,3 houses in his 2nd term swearing-in chart) in

recently entered nasty Mercury dasa of his natal chart.

8. It can be learned by practical research as you are doing and done

by Guruji KSK by taking your time.

Kanak: Lajmi ji drow my attantion on articla in KP & Astrology 1995. befor

that i strongly thinking about Asc. but Modi Govt pridiction went wrong.not that

some other i have check also failed.

I feel that oath of PL means oath of GOVT. not for only one person. comanly we

say manmohansign's Govt. oath chart we never say Manmohan sing oath chart.

10th is for Head of Govt. and 11th is Sansad. so we have to Judge both.and

this is not full and final if we found any other more ifective rules I am ready

to follow it.
