In Traditional astrology - Directional strength - out of Shadbala of a

planet can through light where a person get relocated / helps to suggest, in

advance, a better place to relocate.

i do not underestimate KP system but it is an information in this aspect.

i had a lady's chart long who had no children after many years of

marriage went to middle east & after taking treatment she had a child.

but i can not say that she got because of relocation.i had already

predicted her that she would get a child when guru dasa operates,[at

that time she was running rahu dasa] & she had during guru dasa.

so it is clear that it is not due to relocation.
