Is it my saturn which never let me top in examinations

Respected Gurujans,

I have saturn placed at fourth cusp aspecting its own cusp rasi at

the tenth house. It is also aspecting Venus which is at first cusp.

People say that saturn is a 'neech' planet and it takes away glamour

of a house it aspects or is posited in. As it is posited at my

education house i.e. forth, Can it be a reason of my never becoming a

topper of my class at any level? Despite I have always been counted

amonst the most intelligents in my class, I always got 2nd position at

a the best and never became the topper.

I request u to analyze my horoscope regarding this point.
