downloaded the image. To me it doesn't settle the question,

because of the certificate number being blacked out. If it is

correct, then the derived lunar I show should show the best

fit to the event. I would like to see the old certificate

Obama refers to in his book, the one he inherited from his

mother. Thanks very much for your reply. I think most

people regard his birth time as a settled issue. I am just

investigating whether a particular sidereal technic will

confirm it.

Yeah, you are right, it is blacked out. I didn't really notice that before.

Maybe it is for prevention of idenity theft, or other similar concerns of

security. I realize he probably is a NWO person, and MIGHT not want his true

birth time known. But, I vear towards the security issue, rather than the

" misleading us " one.
