No there isn't. I have the same old booklet than you by Project Hindsight.

Here's the dates for a couple of charts in The Book of Nativities, here

Fagan/Bradley would seem to give the best results and houses are by

Alcabitius (Alcabitius gives closer results than Porphyry):

 

1. A Nocturnal Figure, page 21

22th August 220 at 10.47 PM (LMT -0.21.36) Marceille, France

 

2. A Diurnal Nativity, page 23

6th February 248 at 9.28 AM (LMT -1.34.52) Athens, Greece.
