Guest guest
I've been using FireFox for two years now. Its great, but I think my Internet Explorer is having a hissy-fit -- IE will no longer work. I also lost my Outlook Express at the same time. I must have changed a setting so those Microsoft app's no longer worked. Not a problem as Outlook Express was constantly trying to change itself over to Outlook (the bigger version of itself). Right now I've got a Christmas " skin " on mine -- red and green lightbulbs, candy canes, ginger bread houses, reindeer, snow flakes, etc. Threse, you'll like it. Guest guest
Dave: My IE performance was degrading over time, as well. Problems with Activex Control not working, Flash player not playing, pictures not showing. Part of it I blame on myself, since I can't help making " fixes " and " improvements " I can't undo. I finally " tweaked " my computer (not very long ago) to total unusability and had to make a total system restore. IE and other programs are working fine now, but it's not a method I recommend (smiling wryly), unless you're completely prepared for it. -Derek , " David Monroe " <dadsnook wrote: > > I've been using FireFox for two years now. I'm now thinking of getting a file transfer program and cable and first placing everything on another computer so that I can do a system restore on this one. I have program disks for just about everything. Dave.

I'll test it on the other computer later this month. Thanks for the info! Therese
