Guest guest
Hello, Astrology Friends, I want to tell you about an important update of the astrology program I listed here back on October 11, 2007. It has some MAJOR new features. It will calculate the Tropical and Sidereal longitude, latitude, distance, motion for the usual Sun, Moon and planets -- PLUS -- Chiron, Pholus (larger than Chiron), Ceres, and Eris (the new " dwarf planet " that's larger than Pluto) -- PLUS -- the classic fixed stars Arcturus, Spica, Aldebaran, Antares, and the Galactic Center. The Swiss Ephemeris files are very accurate for 1800 A.D. to 2399 A.D. There's something for every Astrologer! The point of this program is to be able to see and print out the positions of these " newest " -- and " oldest " -- bodies in our Solar System -- and beyond! -- alongside our old charts to study them and see where they would be and what we might've been missing. You may download this small program for FREE at < http://www.astrologysociety.com > Its download link is on the orange left hand section of the site's Home page just above the `AFA' logo. When you click on " Astro2006SEZ.exe " (disregard the " Authenticode signature not found " message, click " Yes " to " Do you want to install and run it… " ) it will automatically download and install this small but important program on your computer and launch it. The installation is entirely safe and does not make any entries in your computer's Registry or Windows files, and can be uninstalled at any time. Its listing in your " Programs " area will be under " Custom Programs USA, " my software company, and the name of this version of the program is " Astro2006SEZ.exe. " The `2006' stands for when I programmed the first version of this program to find out what and where the new `dwarf' planet `2003 UB313' -- Eris -- was; `SE' stands for Swiss Ephemeris, and the `Z' stands for the fact that this version calculates Longitude in both the Tropical and Sidereal [Fagan/Bradley ayanamsha] zodiacs. There is a `Readme.txt' file in its directory, with a little more info about the program. As of yet I haven't had time to program an official `RoboHelp' Help system for it, but with enough demand for the program that will happen. On a personal note, I got a surprising shock while programming it when I discovered I had a Grand Square with my Sun, Eris, Ceres and Neptune! Now to find out what that all means… Well, here's to interesting times!
