Dear Sanjay,

To my knowledge, and I may be wrong, this depends on the fact if a

person is left handed or right handed as the opposite side of the

brain is active, eg, for a left handed person the right side of the

brain is more active and the reverse is true for right handed person.

It would be interesting to identify if a person is left handed or

right handed by examining the birth chart. I also heard once that if

a child when born shows tendencies of being left handed and is forced

to use the the right hand when he is young he may develop

stammering, or such effects.

If the above is true then speach (2nd house) would be one of the

houses that we may have to examine along with other facts, which

Krushnaji can highlight.

Best Regards,

Cheers !!!

Respected Krushanji,

Thank you for your clarifications. I am aware of trimsha calculations. I

just used the short term D-30 because I was lazy.

About the intelligence, you had given us a rule for checking the general

intelligence of a person related to placement of lagna, Sun, and Moon in

these 3 divisionals. I was looking for some rules like that. However, I will

try to study based on your answer.

Kind regards

Sanjay

Dear Ash,

Thank you for your response. However, within right handed people, some are

more creative and some are more logical. I was looking for astrological

indications for these in the AV system.

Dear Denis:

4th house is ruled by Moon ( in Kal Purush chart) Moon signify

the mind of the person, so fourth house indicates the memory,

intelligence, knowedge of practical things, education sharpness of

mind. If Moon is afflicted by Rahu/ketu, Person becomes moody , some

time Mad also. Mad person is also known as " Chandmara " (Chand = Moon,

and Mara = afflicted) so Madness is due to affliction of Moon.

5th house is the 2nd house from 4th. It indicates the degree

from education. Here karak for Degree is Jupiter. In the earlier ages

the knowedges was given by oral(verbal), no written matter. So 2nd

house and 5th house were controllong it. And Karak was Jupiter(9th

lord and 12th lord). This was given to only Brahman by cast, and

knowledge of arms, fighting, political things, and other general

things were given to shkartiya (Worriar race)

Now every thing is changed. system of education also changed.

now every thing is by machines and computer. So it is controlled by

4th house. 8th lord from 4th is Saturn, which is karak for mind, and

sharpness of mind.

Intelligence very masked, very secret, or invisible?

Moon in Gemini in sidereal in XII (house of illness). The lord of

Gemini, Mercury, is in conjonction with Saturn in Scorpio (obscurity,

affraid). Oral expression can be blocked, emotivity interior, no

expressive. Ascending in Aslesha (Cancer) concern trouble of intellect

(very young spirit risk) and nutrition (obesity risk).

This girl can be illness psychic(depression). Howhever, many great

scientifics have a conjonction Mercury/Saturn (Einstein for exemple).

There brains are specials, emotive... But, in Jyeshta, destiny of this

person is linked with medicals stuff, remedy (manufacturer or consumer).

But, how tropicalists can be say that she's illness or other?

Hi Chris!

Jyeshta is one nakshatra of medicine (as Mercury nakshatras).

http://astrologie-indosiderale.neuf.fr/Jyeshta.htm

It's a longitudinal space was occuped by Esculape (Aslepios), the lord

of medicine (Ophiuchius). Paracelse (alchimist, homeopathe) was born

with moon in Jyeshta, other physiotherapists, anatomists, surgeons

(Ambroise Paré - Rahu in Jyeshta, etc...).

For exemple, Guillaume Dupuytren (Moon in Jyeshta) was the first

french military surgeon (first operation of strangulated hernia:

Jyeshta), Charles Gabriel Pravaz (first hypodermic syringe - Moon in

Jyeshta), Alexander Fleming (great biologist and pharmacologist), etc...

It's my works who have permitted to see that medicine is associed with

Aslepios (Ophiuchius), therefore Jyeshta...

Kind regards.

Patrice.

Jupiter would certainly still have an influence on the Moon.

I would keep the square. According to Morin de Villefranche a square is good

if it falls in one of it dignities.

What do you think?

Thanks Patrice.

I think there may not be consensus about the nakshtatras meanings,

especially since they are pretty open to interpretation. There's no mention

of medicine in these admittedly brief summaries.

I would think a little research would might be helpful here. Using a large

sample of doctors' data, see how many have Moon in Jyeshta. If it's greater

than chance, then that would support your assertion. If not, then it

becomes yet another question for astrology.

Hola Paulo

My investigations of intelligence in the ABC (Ascendant Based Conception

Horoscope) are consistent with a very high intelligence for this woman.

A chart for Julian Day Number 2446785.4553 as a probable conception moment shows

the moon and mercury highly aspected. This is the profile for intelligence I

have found for the ABC. I selected this probable time for the profile. It is

also required that the specific degrees occupied by moon and/or mercury be

considered symbolically as high intelligence degrees.

In this case the tropical symbol corresponding to the moon's sidereal

location is:

" A crescent moon joined to a shining star. "

The Sepharial interpretation is:

It denotes that the native will have many changes in life and will eventally

become eminent through his association with some person of high rank and merit.

The native will be gifted with a powerful imagination, much versatility and keen

intuition. He will travel to distant countries, and will become eminent for his

own mental brilliancy, apart from his associations, which however will be the

means of success. It is a degree of

DISTINCTION.

Hi, Therese, Patrice, please note Uranus at 28scorpio22 Fagan-Bradly and

Rasalhague at 27scopio 42 FB. in the ABQ.

Uranus is square mars, conjunct mercury, trine moon, conjunct sun.

The mercury-sun midpoint is 27:53 scorp.

So it is a much more emphatic and precise statement regarding Ophiuchus,

just using aspects without regard to rulerships. But the basic thought is the

same.

Hi Patrice,

Chanced upon this just now.

I would appreciate if you could clarify what 'very young spirit risk'

meant. I suppose you meant Aslesha means troubled intellect? Is that

like wrong, misguided, illogical, arrogant or.........?

It has always intrigued how to interpret these sign and nakshatra

overlap. So sign is cancer, ruled by moon, but asterism is ruled by

Mercury. So very ' thinking-feely' ( like they say touchy feely). I

suppose the influence of both these small planets don't make someone

very mature, maturity being the realms of Jupiter or Saturn?
