Guest guest
hi everyone, last night i got some devestating news. At 7:51pm my family informed me that we may have to sell my condo. As i have said before, I am a begginer and i do not have a software program yet (i plan to purchase one the beggining of next year) I know a lot of you really enjoy looking at the stars for us here on this website. The question is " will my condo be sold? " or " will i have to move? " If anyone really wants to take a look, i invite you to do so. Today is a beutiful day here in Florida. I hope it is beutiful were ever you are. My info is: October 15, 1967 @ 8:40 a.m Buenos Aires, Argentina. For a couple of years we co-owned a house with her that she lived in. Neither of us could afford the house alone. Then due to the finanacial situation (she couldn't make the payments), we had to sell the house. She was very upset over this, and that's when she decided to buy an RV to live in that was all hers. She received most of the profit from the house since she had made the majority of the mortgage payments, so it was a good financial decision to buy the house in the first place. Guest guest
Hi, Jollie… Regarding the condo situation, I took note of some upcoming transits. Jupiter is just about to begin its trek through Scorpio, so it will be on you asc within the coming year. Not only that, it will be stationary there for a while (I don’t recall exactly when). When any planet is stationary, it has its strongest effect. And, it will be forming a trine to your natal Saturn, which rules your 4th house of home, real property, lands, and conveyances. So, this should be a good time as far as those matters go. Does that mean you won’t have your condo anymore? I don’t know, but something good should come up; you may keep that one or find an even better place to live. Anyhow, I think there will be a positive outcome. .... Guest guest
Hi Jollie and Bettina, It's true that Jupiter is moving into Scorpio, but Saturn is also moving into Leo and will conjoin Jollie's Jupiter, which is the 2nd house lord. The 2nd house has to do with financial matters and the family, at least so say the astrology texts. It seems to me that Saturn sitting on top of Jupiter might bring restrictions of some sort. But I can't judge exactly without looking at the solar return chart and the dasas. It's only in late summer and fall of 2007 that Saturn is exactly conjoining Jupiter, and Jupiter is on the ascendant. Both planets are moving fairly fast at that time, so the effect wouldn't be as strong as if they were retrograde. Jupiter is on the ascendant in July, and Saturn is on Jupiter in September in 2007. I'll see if I can find time to look at the solar return charts and the dasas. I'm not sure when... Guest guest
Hi, Therese . Silly me for not noticing the Saturn transit. But it's interesting, isn't it, that Jollie will have a transit of Saturn to her Jupiter and one of Jupiter to her Saturn! I still think it bodes well for her 4th house of real property. Maybe support from family or other sources will be withdrawn, as 2nd is the house of support and sustenance. Time will tell. .. Guest guest
Dear Jollie. Well, it does sound contradictory, but since your 4th house ruler (Saturn) is aspected by Jupiter there should be something good about homes, dwellings, etc, but since Saturn will be on your 2nd house ruler (Jupiter), you might not get support from other sources. Remember, Jupiter will be on your 1st house cusp, which is the self, your own person, so as a person good luck should come your way. Or at least happiness during that period. Maybe you'll be more on your own and less dependent on family. All we can do is to wait and see what happens. I hope you keep posting so we'll find out. There's always so much to learn about astrology and most of it comes from empirical evidence. Betting _____ On Behalf Of jollie jhonson Thursday, October 26, 2006 3:33 PM RE: Re:moving?
