i am thinking about applying to Kepler College. Does anyone have any

experience with them? If any any of you can recomend or share some personal

The sign delineations are all based on Sari's idea of taking Taurus as the first

sign and equating it to the first house.

 

I personally think that 0°Taurus (or equivalently, 0°Leo, Scorpio, or Aquarius)

_is_ a correct point from which to multiply by 9 (and 81) when calculating the

Novien (a.k.a. Navamsa) charts with the Fagan/Bradley ayanamsa, because this

procedure follows the natural " diurnal/nocturnal " rulership axis of Leo/Aquarius

and the inner/outer planet axis of Taurus/Scorpio. In this way neither of the

adjacent Moon/Sun ruled signs contains the others Novien sign, and the same is

true of the adjacent pairs of Venus/Mars and the two Saturn signs -

Capricorn/Aquarius. Among the unique Mercury/Jupiter signs, Gemini and

Sagittarius exclude each other, as do Virgo and Pisces.

 

It seems that 0° Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn are more important in the

context of outer world mundane events via Solar and Lunar Ingresses. A good

example is the July 1939 Solar Cancer Ingress (Fagan ayanamsa) with the partile

Moon/Mars/Pluto opposition (see http://tinyurl.com/jggz8/cansolar1939.html ).

Two months later on August 23, 1939 Mars went stationary direct - at 0°01'05 "

Capricorn! - followed by the Moon's entry to 0°Capricorn conjoining Mars at

0°02'. Of course World War II broke out in September.
