Guest guest
Therese, I believe you had mentioned either here or on the files about sidereal libra overlapping with tropical virgo and that very mercurial nature being the cause of the so called tropical libran confusion. But I was thinking maybe the angle is of Sun, and its debilitation. So a strong Sun is decisive, a weak Sun, in a sign opposite to its exalation gets non decisive. I am still not sure though, how can venus, the ruler of libra effect confusion. Venus at least vedically is a strong materialistic planet, full of wordly desires and knows how to get them. The path maybe a softer and a bit feminine. But still it doesn't make a case for confusion. Curious what others think about this. Guest guest
Hi Therese! Libra is an old history in reality... The Libra notion was born in Sumer. The sumerians celebreted the justice day (1 700 BCE) when the Sun rised with Zubenelgenubi of Scorpio. The symbolic representation of Libra was appeared since Roma Empire. Libra (really longitude) is rattached with Justice and Jupiter planet (Vishaka Nakshatra is ruled by Jupiter). http://www.astrologie-indosiderale.com/Balance.htm Kind Regards. Patrice. Hi Patrice, Yes, I've noticed that the Vishaka nakshatra in Libra [20 to 30 Libra] correlates with events having to do with legal affairs. The main stars of Libra were conjoining planets when Gay marriage was in the news. While Jupiter is transiting this nakshatra we're seeing the Balko scandals go to court, and other court matters as well such as the big company scandals like Enron. It will be interesting to see if there is an emphasis away from legal affairs after Jupiter leaves Libra. Therese
