Addition: Karve-ji--Princess Diana's birth time

Reading further in the article by the unnamed author, who might be Dr. Charak:

 

" Considering the summer time operating in July 1961 in the U.K., this time

of 1:10 p.m. (GMT) would be recorded as 2:10 p.m. (given by the watch)... "

 

So it looks like we have to test both times. Which time did Mr. Karve mean?

Did he mean GMT that he expected astrologers to correct for summer time? Or

was he ignoring summer clock time in his astral connection?

As far as I've heard, Yogi Karve always tells the times in LMT.
