This is John Macher. Been out of touch for a time...

(btw, everyone called me Jack as a child, and I've gone by either Jack or John

throughout

my life, depending... so don't get thrown by what I might get called! and I do

prefer Jack,

btw)

Nice to see interest in the group!

Have ya'll heard of meetup.com? I was thinking of starting a local Sidereal

group on there,

or is there a live dealeeo meeting going on already??

Okay, Down To Business (DTB), and forgive me if this has already been covered,

but I am

very curious about the upcoming Lunar Eclipse on 3/29/06. At @ 3am S.F. time,

Sun,

Moon and The Dragon's Head, will be eclipse-conjunct, dead-center Pisces. I've

heard this

is also an Penumbral Moon? The Moon at it's greatest distance?

Simultaneously, we have Mercury conj. Prometheus (do we have to say Uranus?), in

AQU.

Also, Venus conj. Neptune in CAP., and Jupiter Mc. LIB. square Saturn Dsc. CAN.

And, Pluto in SAG. oppo. Mars in TAU.; now, Pluto also happens to station at @

5:30am

(and start retrograde), on our Mc., in the 1st degree of SAG. This will mark

the final march

of Pluto toward/in SCO., untill @ October 2006, when Pluto will finally take up

residence in

SAG. These events seem pretty momentous to me, but I'm not sure what to make of

it...

Myself, being a Scorpio, and a scientist and occultist, I'm feeling the urge to

become clear

on what I should be meditating/etc. on. Overall, it seems more benefic than

malefic, but I

need to know if I should prepare for crisis mode or not.

Somewhere out there, ~>^<K

P.S.~ I got a Palm LifeDrive (waaay cool!) and there is a program called

AstroPocket that

has Sidereal capabilities. Standard Issue!
