- Psychology is as complex and deep as astrology to understand

the particularities of a patient. Of course both take time

and thinking. I dont know how the others work, as a psy I do not

use astrology at first, I prefer to start hearing the person and work

from there. But if I use astrology, through both paths I arrive to

similar conclusions. Of course it is easier if I have the natal chart.

As to western sidereal I cannot speak, my knowledge is scarce. But I

have studied some vedic and from their findings would say you are

right.

Of course the primary aim in psy is patient's recovery. But I believe a

good astrologer with a natural counselling aptitude is able to get the

native to improve, only he should establish some structure, see the

native several times thru the time, because nobody can improve with

only one or two talkings, people also need to speak.

Good question.

 

May be I am too critical, but I studied astrology before being a

psychologist, and at my early days I knew some learned people such

as Polich (Wendel Polich, creator of the Topocentric System together

with Nelson Page) and he influenced me towards a serious study of

prediction, analysis, directions, eclipses, research, even doing my own

programs with a Hewlett Packard, and that I cannot change.
