Guest guest
Fagan/Bradley-ites, Does it not bring a bit of unrest to your thinking that Benedictus XVI has arrived on the triumphant entry of Pluto into Lahiri Sagittarius...while for us Pluto is fleeing backwards the last degree of Scorpio? Perhaps an event early next year will set this aright. Watchfulness is all. Dark*Star ________________________________
Guest guest
That's a good observation DS, although as a follower of Lahiri I'm not dancing in the streets. I don't see the new Uncle Ben as someone who is going to be doing any breaking or transforming of church practices, although the church may suffer on his watch. Following the much-quoted Malachy prophecies, the church is " scheduled " for collapse in short enough order. Who knows - a more fundamental crack in the edifice may occur a couple years hence when Pluto has entered The Archer by F-B reckoning -- or indeed someone else's. These things can only be properly understood in hindsight anyway. I heard prophecy point man John Hogue on Coast last night linking the rise of fundamentalism generally in the past 10 years or more with the transit of Pluto through tropical Sagittarius. Congress has just passed the bankruptcy bill guaranteed to hurt the little people. And there are other laws in the making. (I have to do some research here.) Pluto into Sagittarius ---------------------- Krishnamurti: February 3, 2005 (R into Scorpio May 19 until Dec 3) Lahiri: February 7, 2005 (as above adjusted by a few days) Fagan-Bradley: December 29, 2005 (first and final entry) Then for astrologers who use the navmasa chart, consider Bush's chart: Ascendant Ascendant Lord Moon/Sat Sun ----------------------------- K/L Scorpio Mars-Leo with Rahu, Leo Aries ruled by Mars Ur/Ju/Mo/Sat F-B Libra Venus in Pisces Cancer Pisces Ruled by Venus Sag is said to rule government, big business, lots of money, courts of law and churches. Let's see what happens. The Michael Jackson trial more or less combines Scorpio (sex) and the courts (Sagittarius). Then there's the life/death legal battle over the poor lady who just died--Shaivo--not sure I have the spelling right.) Again, a seeming combination of Scorpio and Sag. (Or Pluto and Sag, since Pluto was the god of the underworld.) The new pope is a biggie because the former pope had become an insititution unto himself and was head of the church for a long, long time. Not that's suddenly changed with a man who isn't likely to live too many years longer. We're lucky. We can see astrological history in the making during 2005.
