To the individual it carries more weight as transittor of the house. It's not as important what signs those slow moving planets are in, tho they have some effect on the kinds of things that go on culturally, politically, etc. in the world.

How does it carry more weight of influence - being in the sign, angle of other planets or house of ones chart? In what way does it stand alone? If it has a combination effect - what is the insight?

Neptune generally filters down to the " vibes of " Moon, Venus, and Jupiter.

Generally has a corrosive effect (like the sea washing upon the shoreline)

or (water damage gone un-noticed). In Capricorn we may see exactly what is

happening with our " leaders " in honorable positions. Saturn and Capricorn

usually tend toward social standards, issues and mores dealing with the

status quo.

It's the time when a person's feet are made of clay, that they don't want

to stand in the water too long.

Depends on the aspects, position and sign/constellation it is posited

in your natal chart.

> In what way does it stand alone?

Erosion and dissolution to the material, idealistic for the

spiritually inclined.

Again, where in the natal chart compared to the transit.

Might mean nothing at all if your life-path via sunset rogression

isn't involved.

How many degrees from the sun (count clockwise) is Neptune?

Does transiting Neptune aspect any natal planets?

Namaste; Siderealists, Does anyone have comment on the net effect of Neptune

transiting Babyboomers natal Pluto?

The matters before the House of Representatives most certainly have long term

ramifications... The US Constitution has been crippled by acceptance of

Schiavo's loss of due process under the Law i.e., 14 Amend. The Social Security

issue also very alarming...

Hello Bert,

Bush's concrete and steel wall mentality is easily seen if one uses the

navamsa chart. (As everyone on this list knows, I currently use the

Krishnamurti ayanamsa.) Since I've worked with the navamsa for many long

years, I believe it has a great deal to do with our psychological

underpinnings. This chart is what shows our indiviuality.

There are three signs of the sidereal zodiac that say " I have my OWN view

of life " more than the others. These are the Aries triplicity: Aries, Leo

and Sagittarius.

Bush's navamsa: Leo in the 10th house:

Planets in LEO in order (Sign of the SUN):

Saturn

Moon

Jupiter

Uranus

Mars (Scorpio navamsa ascendant)

Rahu (N. NOde)

Planets in ARIES (Sign of MARS/PLUTO):

Sun

MC

Neptune

Planets in SAGITTARIUS (Sign of JUPITER):

Mercury

Pluto

What's left?

Venus in Pisces--probably has to do with his link with his family. Venus is

his natal 4th lord. He's rich in land and housing. (exalted Venus)

That's it. In addition all the Leo planets are conjoined to Bush's natal

Mars, his 10th house lord. This is why hell and high water and probably God

himself couldn't keep the criminal wheels from turning to put this guy in

office again.

Can you imagine what it must be like married to W? I expect all we're

seeing on the surface is a sham, set up for the sake of appearances.

Bob,

Personally I believe this all comes under Pluto edging into sidereal

Sagaittarius (Jupiter was the lawgiver), and we're going to see many more

rulings come down that will hurt the populace in general. Finally we may

see what will amount to a revolutionary uprising among the people. The

majority of Americans still seem to be blissfully unaware that their rights

are fast eroding.

Major terrorism was born under Pluto transiting sidereal Scorpio. Likewise

the mushrooming AIDS numbers around the world and genetic research. Now

we're going to see court and government and church 'stuff' come into the news.

Hi Therese & Bob

The observation about the erosion of rights might suggest the benefits of a look

at the birhchart for the Bill of Rights, finally ratified and made effective

December 15, 1791 in the Senate of Virginia, city of Richmond, during late

morning.

I suspect that it tells a story at variance with the U.S. Constitution charts

for September 17, 1787 and June 21, 1788.

Thanks, John. I'll take a look. If you've done some work with this chart

recently, please let us know. Also if you've decided on a 'late morning' time.

Hi Therese

I was prompted to start this research by realizing the the individual rights

immunities under the Constitution are astrologically not of the Constitution's

document of September 17, 1787 @ 3:25/3:35 pm (This 10 minutes of time moment

range can be found in Catherine Bowen and Max Farrand....The AstroDataBank

posting of a late morning time moment is as groundless as it is misleading).

The Bill of Rights is its own document. December 15, 1791, State Senate

Chambers, Richmond, Virginia @ 11:23 am

which is Lahiri Ascendant: Aquarius @ 15 degrees; It's my selected choice in

the clock time range 11:15 to 11:45 am

REPLY:

When I look at historical charts and general trends, I use secondary

progression charts as one part of my overview. Using the RAMC

progression method, a chart is produced for for April 6, 2005 with

the following interesting points.

** Mars/p conj. ASC/p opposite Saturn/n, 7th to 1st: (ASC passing

exactness by 24 minutes, Mars passing exactness by 1d 16m). The

format of the Bill of Rights is under attack by activists speaking

for the people -- this could be one view of this aspect pattern and

a reflection of the Patriot Act and Bush Administration policies.

** Sun/p square the nodal axis/p: (Approaching 3d from square)

Society's integration is assualted by authority. Will leaders or

the people lead the push for clarification and integration of

various factors? Will this signal a popular revolt in the near

future?

** Mercury/p square Neptune/n (Passing exactness by 44m).

Interpreting and articulating the Bill of Rights -- correctly or

not? Mercury squared Saturn natally, so Mercury can take a harsh

and pragmatic view of things to assure continuity in the future.

** Saturn/p opposes Neptune/n (passing exactness by 1d 14m);

Reality faces off against ideals. This has been going on for some

time and could reflect corporatations taking advantage of government

cooperation to expand their influence as well as Republican

conservatism at work to modify court decisions and policies.

It would probably be insightful to view the Patriot Act passing or

its upcoming confirmation using PSSRs for those of us following the

Fagan school of thought.

Dave.
