Guest guest
Dear Members, The symbology of the upcoming eclipse of April 8th would seem to play out well for events that are scheduled for this date. The wedding of Prince Charles and Camilla in a civil ceremony will go forward despite the possibility of the Vatican calling for the Pope's funeral the same day. http://apnews.myway.com/article/20050403/D89882V00.html Venus will be be within 29' of it's exaltation degree (27 Pisces Fagan) at the Solar Eclipse. This is a fairly rare occurence--there are only a few dates where this occurred taking a look back as far as 0001 AD. One of the closest of these occurred in 535 AD, a year that saw the death of Pope John II and (according to some) the subsequent ushering in of the Dark Ages. http://www.hbci.com/~wenonah/history/535ad.htm <http://www.hbci.com/%7Ewenonah/history/535ad.htm> If we allow for a 3 degree either side of 27 Pisces for Sun, Moon, Venus and Rahu or Ketu, this is the first such occurence since at least 0001 AD. It's obvious the Royal couple is not employing an astrologer--to marry on a day when Venus, the planet of marriage, is fully eclipsed and receiving the close aspect of a near stationary Saturn. The possibility of a marred Royal wedding and the simultaneous funeral of the Pope seems to fit the eclipse symbology quite well. The Pope fitting the equation by his world wide 'exalted' status as a spiritual personality (his natal Jupiter and Moon close within a few degrees of their respective exaltation degrees). Since Venus also rules the art, music, and film industries, this eclipse may also portend the loss of 'exalted' personalties within these fields. Another interesting feature of this eclipse is that Venus, invisible due to the Sun's rays just prior to the eclipse, will be visible for a brief period at totality. Guest guest
Hi, Steve. Great analysis. Thanks as always. An update from the UK - the marriage has now been forced to be postponed to 9th April, due to the Pope's funeral on the 8th. Seems even the Royals have to bow to pressure from the Church :-) . Good work as well!! Where are the Court astrologers here? Best, Steve
Guest guest
Hi, Steve. Yep - thanks for remembering my comments of back then when we discussed it ;-) - as for the Court astrologers, guess they will be employed after the wedding is over with :0) .
