What I should have said is that there are malifics lines in the Capsolar for Switzerland that are interesting. In this case I refer to the latitude parans. The point at which two or more planets are on the same, adjacent or opposite angles at the same time is called paran, short for the Greek Paranatillonta, or to cross together. By virtue of the diurnal rotation of the earth, that point is carried over every meridians at the parallel of latitude, so that the paran is effective in a horizontal line over all meridians on the earth. (It is likely more powerful at the point of origin or actual crossing point. That is a issue that the late Jim Lewis and I disagreed about.) At any rate the latitude parans constitute a second dimension to the mundo-aspects. The place where the conference is taking place Davo Switzerland is at 46 N 47' 9 E 50'. There are two latitude parans that are of note here. The first is Mars/Neptune at 46 N 25', and the second is the Uranus/Neptune latitude paran at 46 N 00'. In the first case that is only 22' of latitude and in the second 47' of latitude. At the latitude of Davo that is about 20 miles and 44 miles. This is far too close for comfort. It suggests the need for increased vigilance. Bert Fannin
